LOCATION
The apartment is located in one of the beautiful suburbs south of the city of Athens, known as Vouliagmeni. Vouliagmeni is very close to the new Athens International Airport and about 4 km away from the Center of Glyfada, a thriving community with the most beautiful shops, boutiques, and shopping centers. Apartment Location on the Laimos - Vouliagmeni Peninsula
The building where the apartment is located on Lytous Street, one of the most prestigious adresses in Greece, across from the Margi House Hotel, close to the Plaza Hotel and about 400 meters away from the beautiful beach of the five star Astir Palace hotel complexes. Other beaches and coves are only one to three minutes away.The two larger bays of the Laimos Peninsula are excellent for swimming, snorkling, diving or sailing. The many coves of Laimos and of the adjacent area known as "Kavouri", have crystal-clear waters, abundant with marine life and numerous sea caves waiting to be discovered or rediscovered by the adventurous snorkler or diver. Nearby, there are tennis courts, restaurants, marinas, a yacht club with Olympic size pool and a stadium for running and for field sports. No new construction or high rise apartment buildings are allowed in this area. Height levels of homes or apartment buildings were not allowed to exceed the height of trees of the surrounding pine tree forest. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Through two wall-recessed rolling doors, the large, airy living and dining room areas open to a very large canopied veranda. The huge veranda canopy can be lowered for privacy and to offer additional shade. A large garden below is full with roses and geraniums. The most striking feature of the apartment is the view of the trees that surround the building, which blend to combine the indoors with the outdoors.
The apartment features travestine marble floors throughout, except for the two bedrooms where the floors are covered with fine hardwoods and trims. Both bedrooms have built - in, recessed cabinets and drawers that provide ample storage. Recessed autonomous air conditioners have been installed in every room for independent temperature control. The bathroom has marbled floor, a bidet, tiled walls and features the finest fixtures. This is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a sea view from the master bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and the veranda. Timming the trees a little would improve the view. To summarize, the apartment is fully and elegantly furnished with new furniture and appliances, utensils and everything one needs to move in.
